How do I get started?

Call or email our studio to schedule a time to meet and discuss your perfect party. We customize every party to the birthday boy or girl’s wishes. We offer a complimentary 30-minute private lesson in the weeks leading up to your party to go over different party activities and martial arts themes, then have your birthday boy or girl help plan the perfect party. Some party choices are:

• Which of the five Shaolin animals does your child like most: Tiger, Dragon, Leopard, Crane, Snake? Each animal represents different characteristics that can be highlighted in your child’s party.
• Does your child like to kick, punch, or roll? We can customize the party games to incorporate your child’s favorite martial arts moves.
• Does your child like to be the center of attention, or is he or she a little shy? Our instructors evaluate the best way to involve the birthday boy or girl in a way that is comfortable for them. Outgoing children may want to run some of the games or demonstrate a technique in front of everyone, while a shy child will be excited by being the instructor’s assistant and having a special role in each activity.
• Will you serve cake at the studio? If so, we can plan to prepare a space to sing Happy Birthday, blow out the candles and enjoy treats after the exciting party.

What does it cost?

Our standard karate birthday party is 60 minutes in length, with 20 or fewer party attendees, and includes all of the items listed in the section above. For only $200 your child can have this one-of-a-kind birthday party and the awesome memories that come with it. Speak with an instructor if you would like to add more time or more guests to your party.
