We provide private and group class instruction.
Here is a description of our lessons and the schedule of group classes. Private Lessons Private lessons are 30 minutes long and are scheduled based on studio
availability and your individual scheduling needs. Private lessons may include up to four students and for advanced ranks,
it is important to have a partner to work with in order to properly develop your technique. Contact us today to reserve your lesson time. Group Classes Group classes offer an opportunity for each student to work their material with different partners while getting
an energetic physical work out. Each group class is different and has a unique focus, making it fun to come to as many group
classes as possible! Here are our group class times:
Children's Classes (Ages 4 to 8) Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm to 6:20pm Saturdays 10:00am to 10:50am

Our children's class includes children between the ages of 4 and 8. The classes
focus on balance, coordination, fitness, discipline, concentration, and etiquette. These high energy classes will have your
child working out in a fun environment where they get to shine and be part of a team at the same time. Your child will learn
valuable self defense techniques while also gaining an understanding of working toward a goal and being rewarded based on
positive actions. Our
children learn the five principles: Effort, Etiquette, Self Control, Sincerity, and Character. And the five animals: Tiger,
Dragon, Leopard, Snake, and Crane. Each animal helps your child understand different behavior traits and physical elements.
For example, Tigers are known for attacking problems straight on. So even our youngest students learn to handle life situations
using principles they explore in class like the Tiger. The "Number One Club" will help your child develop a habit
of doing things the first time they are asked. This incredible reward system uses weekly check-ins during private lessons
to determine whether your child has been in the "Number One Club" for the week. If the answer is yes, your child
earns points that accumulate for prizes and special rewards. Our parents have reported changes in children who used to fight
going to bed at night or doing household chores. We even have children who are proud members of the Number Zero Club, they
do household chores without being asked! Just be sure to share this wonderful information with your child's instructor so
that we can reinforce the positive behavior.
Juniors Classes (Ages 9 to 14) Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm to 6:30pm Saturdays 10:00am to 10:50am

Our juniors classes give children between the ages of 9 and 14 the opportunity
to develop their physical skills while also encouraging their leadership skills. Classes focus on self defense techniques
as well as awareness, discipline, and goal setting skills. Your child will enjoy these fast paced fun workouts and you will
enjoy the improvement you see in their confidence, focus, and maturity.
Adult Classes Our
adult group classes provide an awesome workout as well as practical self defense technique. You will enjoy working with our
friendly students and instructors as you improve your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and martial arts ability.
Every group class is different and has a unique focus, so you will never get into a "rut" or find your training
slowing as can happen with gym-based workouts. Come join us today! (Beginner/Intermediate) Mondays
